No, all IITs doesn't have dual degree in cse specially the newer IITs like iit jodhpur, Mandi, bhilai and few more. If you are planning to do a dual degree then I would suggest you to kindly do it from a good iit because you would be spending 5 years of education in that specific college.

All the Indian institute of technology colleges in the country don't have the dual degree of B.tech and M.tech in computer science and engineering stream. Some colleges such as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, and IIT Kharagpur. All these four IITs have a dual degree program in Computer Science & Engineering.
