GATE or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an all India entrance examination conducted for admissions to M.Tech, M.E courses at IITs, NITs, other GFTIs and many private universities and institutes across the country. Also, for Gate 2018 the online registration has started from August 31, 2017. Candidates can now fill the online application form after registering through GOAPS.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level PG entrance exam conducted by IIT Guwahati. IIT Guwahati will conduct GATE 2018 exam on February 3 & 4 and 10 & 11, 2018 for admission to PG programs in engineering i.e. M.E./M.Tech/Ph.D. at the IITs, IISc, NITs, GFTIs and other Universities in India.
