Jee is conducted on both online and offline form . You can apply for any of them according to your convenience. There's usually a 1 week gap between both the exam the offline of conducted before online.

According to the guidelines issued by NTA, JEE Main will be conducted twice from 2019 in online mode only. For further details please refer to the link given below.
