Mount Carmel College is one of the top elite colleges of India for B.com and so obviously it's cut offs are quite high. To your information the college announces a common cut off irrespective of the boards, The cutoffs are same for students from all the boards. In Mount Carmel College, the cutoff was 91% in the first list for non-Carmelite students. It came down to 88% subsequently. For students from their PU college, the cutoff slid from 89% to 75%. So, I guess it's quite high and you need to put quite a good amount of effort to achieve it. Best of luck, Hope this answer might help you.
