Hello Jatin ,

As per my knowledges , studying Mathematics and Physics at 10+ 2 level is a MUST for becoming eligible for JEE and other Engineering Entrance exams. So, if you have not studied Mathematics, you are not eligible for Engineering Entrance exams.

However, You can do B Sc and some computer courses and still enter in IT Industry.

No you can't do civil engineering with pcb, you can opt for biotech engineering if you want to pursue engineering.
