Hey,
Yes, you are eligible for NEET 2020 as you have completed 10+2 with the required subjects.
You must have completed 10+2 with Minimum 50% score for eligibility.
But, since you have completed B.sc in computer science which doesn't have subjects physics, chemistry, biology or english, you will have to appear on the basis of your 12th results.
So for that, you have to select code 03.

If you had any 2 of the following subjects in B.sc then you can go for code 06.

Physics
Chemical
Biology/biotechnology
English
