According to NEET eligibilty criteria 

general category- 50% & above 

ST / SC /OBC category - 40% & above 

this should be the minimum aggregate of the subjects Physics Chemistry & Biology

If your are under 

UR - you should have minimum of 50% of marks 

OBC/SC/ST - you should have 40% of marks 

Or 

PWD - you should have 45% of marks .

These are the minimum qualifying marks for neet
