Yes you have to register again for the second round of neet counselling so that the counselling authority should get a exact data of number of student participating again in the counselling and which colleges they have chosen for that round.
You also have to do choice filling again for the second round.
The date for registration in the second round of counselling of neet is from 9- 11 July.

Students who have already registered for 1st round and gone through document verification, do not need to register and verification again.
