Hey Rajkumar! According to my knowledge 2nd round of counselling dates are not announced yet. DTE Telangana is yet to announce the TS ICET 2019 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for TS ICET 2nd counselling 2019, the DTE Telangana will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of TS ICET 2019 counselling.

Hello, In offical website , the final phase and spot admissions date are released . From today 24 -08-2019 to 27 -08-2019 the exercising options will be opened. But i was cancelled my 1st phase alloted seat .but now today im login to candidate login inthat . The website was showing that you are requested for cancellation. Option entry was not allowed .
