See all the branches which you displayed here are one of the top branches of engineering which have both fame as well money and coming to the demandable point of view then yaah all are demandable branches only.
If you compare all these branches from salary point of view then i must say go with the software branches like either CSE / IT Department because it has more money / salary in comparison among all other branches.
