Hi,

In geology hons a student studies about the atmosphere, soil mineral etc. And methods of testing and analyzing them. After completing the course a student can persue higher education in respected field or apply for jobs like in geological Department, coal and mining services, as lab technician etc.

LLB is a three years graduation course in law. In this you studies about law and its implications in various aspects. After completing the course you can pursue higher education in respected field or work as a lawyer.

So we can say that both the field have their own scope and career perspective. Both the career options have their limited advantages and disadvantages. We can not say that one is good and other is bad.

So depending on your interest and aptitude you should select the one which you found most relevant.

Hope this helps.
