As you belong to sc category and your neet score 2019 is 387. It is not possible for you to get a seat in any of the government medical colleges in karnataka.
For getting a seat in government medical colleges in karnatak for a sc category student the minimum marks required is 425.
If you cross the score of 425 the better government colleges you get.
You may get bhms,bums,bds,etc but not mbbs.

Yes an sc candidate can get a government medical college in Karnataka with state quota at this score but he can only get bhms BUMS or Bds etc courses. There is no chance of MBBS at this score. State quota counselling ease the things very much.
