Yes of course. Karwar institute of medical sciences last year took an SC student with marks 261. So that's the least cutoff for an SC student last year. So obviously with 409 marks you can get admission into many of the government colleges of Karnataka. I'll suggest you personally try for Bangalore GMC as it's cutoff this year is expected to be 375 for sc candidates.
