As per your requirement, i would say that Over 15 lakh students have enrolled for Neet in 2019, which as an increase of 2 lakhs from 2018. 

While getting the exact number of applicants from Andhra Pradesh is tough, approximately 35,000 or thirty five thousand student are thought to have applied for neet ug in Andhra pradesh. 

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation etc. 

Try to score as much as you can to be on a safer side.
