The practical answer to this question is that it depends in how doctor you will become in future.
There are lots of MBBS doctors who don't make much  money and there are lots of BAMS doctors who make a lot of money and vice versa.
But if both are equally good then definitely MBBS doctor will definitely make at least double the money that BAMS doctor makes in an year.
