There are a ton of universities that offer a Master's degree in Architecture in New Zealand. Some of them are
1. University of Auckland
2. Victoria University
These two are the top university but I would recommend you go through their official websites and see if they have any provision for Foreign students. Usually there are fee deduction for hostels etc so that should help you.
