hi prince, you still have 5 months time and if you work smart, you can really score well easily, i will tell you how to prepare

Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too

Hello dear,

Such a broad spectrum question it is but let me narrow it down to some points :

1. Follow NCERT of chemistry and biology from cover to cover , back to front. These books are so concentrated that you have to revise them multiple times. Trust me not even 100 times revision feels sufficient.

2. Good MCQs book is a must for each subject. There are plenty of good books in the market and different books work for different people but for me GRB publications books for chemistry and biology were sufficient and for physics I used universal error less but there are other better options too for physics.

3. Giving weekly tests and evaluating your weaknesses and then working on them is what might separate you from the crowd.

4. In the last few months just solve NEET patterned question papers and analyse the time taken to solve each section so that you can have idea how to manage time in examination hall.

If still you have any doubts let me know in the comment section.

Good luck

Hello Prince,

Some strategies that you should inherit to boost your performance

1. Make you own time table ,other than that of coaching - Shorter and achievable small targets

2. Focus on limited books - NCERT + Some reference book

3. Solve MCQS daily in a time limit - Understand where you are doing most mistakes, Correct it, retry

4. Understand all options of previous year MCQS ...As EXACT question is not repeated BUT related questions are....

5. Have patience and be positive

6. POSITIVE SURROUDING - Discuss with friends who can help you stay positive not the one who brings negativity

7. Maintain your health

Above points will definitely help you

Hello Kumar,
Hello

Study the concepts in depth, don't read superficially.

Try to clock 100 hours a week.

Maintain your health

Sleep is crucial, else you'll get exhausted before time.

Form a study group, discuss with friends

Stay motivated.

No pain no gain, you won't get this opportunity again. Make the most of it.

Donot waste time, invest time.

Revisions are the most important

It is said that hand written notes are well remembered than printed material, make your own notes, keep reading it again and again.

The best books you can refer to are the NCERT,

For biology, refer the following.

1) Trueman's Biology vol 1 and vol 2

2) Dinesh- Objective biology

3) Pradeep publication Biology

4) GRB'S Publication Biology.

For Physics refer to he following books.

1) H.C.Verma - Concepts of Physics.

2) D.C Pandey - Objective Physics.

3) Fundamentals of physics by Walker

4) Problems in Physics by I.E.Irodov

For chemistry you can refer the following books

1) O.P Tandon - Physical Chemistry

2) Morrison and Boyd - Organic Chemistry

3) Modern ABC's of chemistry

4) J.D.Lee Inorganic chemistry

5) Dinesh

Ncerts are mandatory to have, refer the rest of the books and find out which one suits you. I would advice you not to buy all the books but to refer them and see which one is better for you.

In the end it doesn't depend upon which book is better but how good can you understand the concepts

Also, for the general knowledge subscribe magazines, they will be useful.

Hope this helps.

Goodluck!
