With this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 1.2-1.4 lakhs( will vary depending upon April exam results and other factors).

And if you are talking about NIT SRINAGAR you will easily get admission you can see previous year cut offs here:

But I would suggest you to try to score better than this; if you are giving April exam.

Because you will get other colleges better than this ( private or state government).

let me tell you while you have very poor percentile in that case your rank would be aproximately  132270

kindly wait till JEE Main Result 2019 - National Testing Agency (NTA) will release JEE Main result 2019 April attempt on April 30 for Paper 1 while Paper 2 result will be declared on May 15 you will know the exact raank and score
