I'm really sorry jacob but you've missed it bro it was extended till January 14th now you will have to wait for 2020 NEET exam... I'm afraid but AIIMS has been under the bridge as well but yeah JIPMER is still up for grab as it's also a national level exam. 

Dear Jacob, the last date for NEET application was closed after being extended once on January 14th. The correction window also has been closed. Now there is not even a remote chance to fill in the NEET application. Even AIIMS MBBS Basic Registration has been closed. You only have a chance to apply for JIPMER now. You will have to wait until next year to apply for NEET if you want to pursue MBBS.
