I hope you are doing well and good. No you cannot getting admission in MBBS through AP EAMCET examination.

This is because through AP EAMCET, only courses like engineering. BSC , Pharmacy courses are offered not MBBS.

If you want to get admission inro MBBS then you need to clear NEET examination.
