There is no specific dress code for jee main.
Still avoid wearing shoes and full sleeve shirt.
Yes water bottle is allowed.

HEY Shreyansh,

CBSE has not specified any dress code for JEE Main Exam 2018. However some points are kept in mind regarding what to wear and what not to wear to the exam hall

Do not wear anything with too many pockets.
Do not wear jewellery.
Wear simple clothes without accessories,
Wear t -shirts and jeans.

Moreover you can wear what makes you comfortable. Yes ,water bottle is allowed.
