Hello Madhumita , for Pharma D course you have to clear entrance exam. But it depends on university. So for different universities different entrance exams are arranged. Below I mensioned some universities and their entrance test

there are very less college around north india ,no college in even capital of india delhi for pharm D
but in chandigarh chitakara University offer pharm D ,
some pvt collge in punjab also they offer firectly after 12 marks
in maharastara pharm D offer by neet marks
manipal offer pharm D by take own test.
diff state have different policy ,like kerla, Tamilnadu, karnatka.
