Yes... many free certificate courses for science are available online. but you did not mention which branch of science you are interested to do the course on.

there are physics, chemistry, biology, STEM, Astrology, academic writing cources, environmental science cources available onilne out there which provide free certificate cource. for example, if you are interested in induxtrial pharmacy, then H.N.B Garhwal University, Srinagar is providing the online course.

So, do think and decide the branch and join the course of your choice.
