see generally the full paid tuition scholarship is based on students performance in entrance test.  VIT VELLORE, LPU, SRM has this type of scholarship among other private institute for meritorious students. however for students belongs to financially unstable family, may get financial assistant from government or private institute as per their norms and criteria. but there is less chances for fully need based scholarship at private institute.

however I would suggest you to research the college website and check the scholarship details. if you have any particular college in mind you may ask in comment section.
