but if a student have first jee mains 83 percentile and have any chance to select in Btech CS in Thaper , already fill the form

No, there is no management qouta in Thaper University. There are many other reservations in thaper university such as SC/ST, North Eastern, J & K Migrant, NRI and 50% Punjab Resident reservation.
