Hello dear...the eligibility criteria based on company norms , normally company's criteria is 60% above is must percentage.

No such criteria for placements in Bschools.

However its recommended to keep above 60% acroos 10th, 12th and Graduation and also in MBA.

Some companies do focus on  aggregate marks, but these are very few.

Rest majorly companies focus on Your experience and skillsets for placements and eligibility.
