There is no new update on NEET 2021 UG.

earlier it was updated that the NEET 2021 has been postponed.

You can find about it as soon as the 10 + 2  higher secondary exam results are declared. After that it would be almost clear as how will the medical college take admission.

As of today, there has been no official notification regarding application forms for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2021. There is no clarity whether the exam will be conducted on 1st of August or not cause application hasn't yet started yet for the same. Everyone is waiting for the official notification from NTA regarding the same.
