There are many government scholarships that are for the students who study an undergraduate degree or a post graduate degree . Also for every student studying in any field , the college in which you are studying provides education scholarships or education loans  which gives concession in fees upto 50% . There are also many education trust which provide student scholarships if they are unable to pay their college fees , or they are economically backward etc : .
It is not specifically for ba student or engineering student , student in every field gets an scholarship , if they have a good performance in their academics .
