If you're asking if you'll get government quarters on joining of your post, then two things matter here, availability of quarters for the staff and then there's also role of seniority, especially in case of higher posts to that of officer and alike, there may be quick accomodation again depending on availability of space but the process isn't as swift as in case of others.
