Hello Saurav, As per your query about preparation of AIIMS 2018, I would like to suggest following points

1. Know the exam pattern properfly, if you have any query we can help

2. You must be knowing other than PCB carring 60 marks each, 20 questions are from general knowledge also... So you have to prepare for the same also

3. For general knowledge question.. First see what questions were asked in previous years.. Its more avout current affairs, awards, sports, scientific achievements, noble prize, even Cinema awards... For these read newspapers books like aims4aiims general knowledge or any other MVQ book about the same topics

4. Make a effective time table, If your appearing in 2018 AllMS exam, for that you know how much time is left.. Its around 3months .. Around 90 days .. If you in 12th you have to devote some time for board exam too.. So make smart time table.

5. Books - don't go for many books select NCERT + ONE MCQ BOOK+ ONE REFERENCE if required, remember your target is aiims MBBS not phd..

6. Solve mcqs and practice reasoning and assertion questions, specifically last 10 years.... Understand all options of ques.. As same question won't come but related can

7. Correct your mistakes

8. Maintain health... A active mind is present in a healthy body
