These Institutes have a CAT cut off percentiles at 95% and more. You haven't mentioned your Category. Irrespective of the Category, 45 percentile is quite less a score for any of the IIMs or B schools. That leaves you with local MBA colleges which might have Agribusiness as a specialisation in its MBA Curriculum. So you might have to consider an option of reappearing for CAT next year or settle for a local College of your State.

see most of the government colleges fees structure is compare to less of private colleges, so the number of applicant for government college is large, as for your score you have less chances for tier 1 and tier 2 colleges,
