Based on your ipe score I.E 9.88  and jee mains rank i.e 79064 which on a border eligibility level on satstra ECE cutoff, so I suggest you to apply for the satstra college and do not completely rely on that satstra seat only. Because with that rank the chances of you greeting seat is half and half only. So you keep contact with other colleges too so that you'll be in line even though you missed chance.
