I could not understand what you are trying to ask. I think you are asking about examination of Oriental Bank of Commerce. If so then you cannot change your category if you are filled obc in your application form. If you are asking about bank account then there is no option like category for opening any type of account. There are 3 type of account saving current and recurring account.
