As you've not specified the location, so I'll answer by giving you the information about Common Entrance Test (CET) which is very popular for getting admission to Delhi Polytechnic Institutes. Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) conduct this examination.

The application form has already been released and the last date to apply is 30th April 2019. The application form is available on DTTE official website. The date of examination is 8th/9th June 2019.
