Your rank is good enough to get you a seat. If you got the fee payment receipt that means your money has reached Amrita University. However if the money has been debited from your bank account and you have not received any fee payment receipt then maybe your money was not reached to the desired location. In that case the money is likely to get wired back to you or you may visit the nearest branch of your bank (had happened with me too and they wired the money back to my father's account).
