as the information i have collected about applied mathematics colleges in maharashtra i found there are only two colleges offering M.Sc (applied mathematics) in maharashtra that is

1.  amity university - mumbai , maharashtra

2. Dr babasaheb ambedkar marathwada university , aurangabad

and one college offering BS.c applied mathematics that is FLAME university, pune
