It is too difficult to tell you marks required to get a rank under 10000 because VIT UNIVERSITY doesn't reveal the total marks scored by candidates in VITEEE  and number of student and difficulty level also varies every year.
But i can guess that to get a rank under 10000 you should score atleast above 95 marks in VITEEE according to few reports and analysis through rank predictor tool.

We don't know exactly the marks required for a to be in below 10k. Because the rank depends on marks and those both vary from year to year. So we can't know exactly the marks required.
But on seeing the previous years viteee results we can predict the marks should be in the range of 90-100.
So that you can get the below 10k.
