Are 12th Gujarat board result marks counted for admission in MBBS?

No Gujrat board or any other state board marks aren't counted for NEET or any other medical entrance exam. Though it is required for eligibility criteria that is you need 50% as a general category student in order to be eligible for the exam.

Dear Nishta, your 12th board exams are considered the eligibility criteria for being eligible for NEET which is the National level Entrance examination for admission into Medical, Dental and Ayush colleges across India. For example, if you are from General Category, you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 10+2. Once you score that aggregate, you are eligible to appear for NEET. Their purpose ends there. To get a seat in a Medical college, your score and rank in NEET only matter.
