There are various factors that are taken into consideration by NTA before releasing the cut offs and that's why every year it is not the same. Some of the deciding factors are like number of candidates appearing, performance level of the candidates etc. There are others factors too.

Since the cut offs are yet to be released by NTA so its difficult to say if you are eligible or not for jee advance 2020 with full confidence. Because even for the reserved categories it is varying year by year.
