Hi,

VITEEE difficulty wise is at somewhat similar to JEE Mains. So, Yes you could get good rank in VITEEE with 5 months of preperation. To get 1st Category seat in CSE VIT Vellore, your rank should be below 3000. So with 5 months of good preparation, you could achieve this rank.
