Yes, the study materials provided by Allen as well as Ncert books are enough for physics and chemistry. But still, I would suggest you to practice daily and study thoroughly.

There must be booklets also provided with all basic formulas and tips. I don't quite remember, but when I was preparing through Allen, kota, they had provided mini booklets, charts etc at the end months of coaching. Its very beneficial. You can easily do revision through them.
