Hey Hima !
As far as your age is Under 30, you can apply to appear for AIIMS Exam without any hassles.
But while you are applying for it in 2020, you need to repeat all the procedures all over again starting with the basic registration to everything.
A particular exam in a year incorporates details of the respective year itself, the data of the previous year's aren't considered valid.
