Yes it important to score atleast 50% in the PCB subjects in class 12th for appearing the entrance of NEET exams.

But your mbbs admission in private colleges is fully based on your NEET marks.

But if you are appearing in AIIMS then you have to give a separate examination known as AIIMS MBBS entrance examination.

Yes marks of class 12th examination act as qualifying marks for admission made through NEET UG score in medical colleges whether it is for MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS or for any other such course.

If you are from General category and you also have secured minimum aggregate of 50% or more in PCB combination then you can definitely appear for NEET UG admissions, provided that you are pass in English subject as well, but if you are not able to do so then you will not be eligible for NEET UG admission even after scoring 100% marks in NEET UG .

So class 12th marks are very important for your admission in medical colleges through NEET UG score.
