These days top management colleges like MDI, NMIMS, Symbiosis University etc are coming up with part time MBA programs that you can pursue along with your job. There's a good ROI in that. Though till date it's not considered as good as a regular course but it's getting importance. 

In fact IIM Ahmedabad has also launched new EPGP program along various cities where education will be provided through video conferencing. 

If you have a job and are not willing to leave it then it's better to go for part time or online Management programs as it will add to your profile and in future if you want to switch to another company with better compensation then you can definitely do.

Yes obviously now a days there is trend among students and even employees to do online course.
There are various course available in management field. You should go through swayam or nptel website, they provides various courses through IIT's and IIM's.
You can register for any course and study as well for no cost.
