Hey!
Foreign medical graduates unlike Indian graduates are only allowed to participate in All india Quota MCC counselling and DNB counselling. While Indian graduates have advantage to additionally participate in state quota seats also. So, Foreign MBBS Graduates are not eligible for state counselling.
