Hi, see there are maximum chances that the seats remain vacant in most of the government college. I comparison with the other states the Uttar Pradesh is one of the state where maximum seats remains vacant evey year. Since it happens every year that it now has maintained the herarcy of vacant seats. So I'm quite sure that that still seats may be vacant you may once check by yourself.
