Every coaching center teaches you same syllabus. Coaching centers only guides students. Students have to do hard -work on their own. No one can push you to do study except you.

But Delhi is no longer a mecca for IAS coaching. There are also various coaching centers in every city like Kolkata. The only reason students go to Delhi is that there is an environment of study. But that doesn't mean that coaching in Kolkata are not good. You have to study hard on your own. Various toppers from UPSC CSE has said that they only relied on coaching centers for study material and guidance. They believe in self study and hard - work. Also, there are various online platform available which teaches UPSC CSE. You can also use them for your preparation.

As Delhi coaching centres for IAS are popularly known everywhere and mostly these are termed as the best coaching institute hub, the main reason behind this is that there is good study environment  which  creates good competition among students and best IAS faculties are hired, but in Kolkata there might be best faculties as well but the study environment and atmosphere you will get in Delhi coaching centres hardly you can get in Kolkata.
