No log books are not allowed to take with you. They also won't give log books but Don't be panic questions will be provided with log values or antilog values  or else just remember log and antilog values of common figures like 2,3,5,7 etc

No log books are not provided in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced. Either the question will be easy that you can solve without the log book or the values will be provided in the question itself if required. So you will not be provided by log books nor you can take your own log book for the exam. You need to remember some of the basic values of log or the values that are repeatedly used.
