NCERT books are very good to prepare for NEET exam but it's not sufficient. you should refer some reference books as well to practice MCQs for physics & physical chemistry  subjects.

Solve previous years NEET/AIPMT papers also to understand pattern of question and join some mock test series to increase your speed to complete paper.
