Dear Ashish

Yeah Ashish definitely you can be able to apply for the post of BSNL , JTO via your respective GATE valid score based upon the cuttoff in your respective category. Since as you said you are from the OBC category then in your case there will be a relaxation for you of 3 years in comparison with the General Category students. Yes, definitely they are eligible. They should follow this age criteria, Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years

Relaxation:

OBC candidates: upto 3 years

OBC-PWD candidates: upto 13 years
